CANCELLATION POLICY

Our approach for day tours (fundive, snorkeling, bull sharks) is simple and straightforward, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled by email, WhatsApp or phone 2 days (48 hours) or less before the starting time of the event. If cancelled before, we will refund you in full. This rule also applies for partial cancellations in a group.

COURSES:

Courses can be cancelled with full refund any time before the theory is sent. We will usually send the theory 7 days ahead of the course. If theory has been sent, there are no refunds. Only exception are courses where you earn a recognition card but not a certification (ie. basic diver).
