SCUBA DIVER COURSE 350.-US$

Never been diving before?

Have you ever wondered what it's like to breathe underwater or how is the bottom of the sea? If you want to find out but aren't quite ready for the Open Water Diver Course, this is the best option for you. The Discover Scuba Diving (DSD) is a half day program designed for those who want to have a first experience in scuba diving without taking a multi day course. You will go to a maximum depth of 12m/40ft but feel very much like a diver and see all the exciting underwater sea life.

Not been diving for a while?

The Refresher (RF) Course is a half day program for certified divers that haven't been diving in a long time. With this course you regain all the confidence in your diving skills. Your day begins with a short review of dive theory followed by a reminder of equipment assembly; then we practice some skills such as clearing the mask in confined waters and we end the day practicing everything mentioned above while diving twice in pacific waters.

Get Moving.

Become a certified diver! The PADI Scuba Diver Course takes 2 days to be completed. It is basically a limited Open Water Course but allows you to dive with dive professionals to max. 12meters/40feet. This course could be the only option if you have little money or little time; otherwise we strongly recommend you to opt for Open Water Diver Course.

RESCUE COURSE

490.-US$

From zero to Diver.

As a certified PADI Open Water Diver, the most widely recognized and respected diving rating in the world, you have the freedom to dive with a partner independent of a professional. The PADI Open Water Course takes 3-4 days. Throughout the course, you will learn fundamentals of scuba diving, including diving equipment and techniques. You earn this rating by completing five pool dives and knowledge development sessions and by making four open water dives, which means real ocean dives.

Become a better diver. Go deeper.

The PADI Advanced Open Water course takes 2 days to complete. After five dives, you'll be more experienced, feel more comfortable in the water and simply enjoy diving more because you better understand the underwater environment.
Have you always wanted to become a fish specialist? How about drift diving? Here's your chance because you can choose three dives of your choice, get a taste of what you like, and feel more at ease in the water.

Help others.

Scuba divers describe the PADI Rescue Diver course as the most challenging, yet most rewarding course they’ve ever taken. Why? Because you learn to prevent and manage problems in the water, and become more confident in your skills as a diver, knowing that you can help others if needed. During the course, you learn to become a better buddy by practicing problem solving skills until they become second nature.
It is probably the hardest, most demanding and fun diving course you could ever do.

SCUBA COURSES

Learning to dive in Costa Rica can be one of the most exciting and rewarding experiences you can imagine. With TamaDive in just a few hours you can be enjoying the amazing underwater world. Nothing compares to the “weightless” exhilaration of breathing underwater. Only a diver knows the feeling!

What do I need to start?

Virtually anyone over 10 years old who is in good health, reasonably fit, and feel comfortable in the water can earn a Scuba Diving certification in as little time as 2 days. To become certified there are some theories and practical exercises to learn and pass depending on the chosen course, this means that having paid for the course does not mean that the certification is guaranteed, it will only be issued when the person meets PADI standards. For example, if you are between 10 and 14 or have a child between these ages, there is a Junior Diver program available. If you have any questions or concerns then please contact us and we will be glad to answer your questions.
