We are looking for a skilled staff member/receptionist to join our team.
We teach SSI Try Scuba through to SSI Assistant Instructor and do guided dive tours.

We are TamaDive, a small dive center in Tamarindo, Costa Rica. We are looking for a fulltime staff member to join our growing team. Our shop puts an emphasis on quality over quantity as the customer’s experience is our focal point.

Minimum requirements:

Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).

Customer Service Skills: Friendly, professional, and able to interact with international clients.

Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with instructors & dive masters in a dynamic environment.

Flexibility: Willingness to take on different tasks as needed (administration, logistics, client support, equipment handling).

Work Ethic: Dependable, proactive, and customer-focused, with strong sales abilities and the capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Minimum stay 8 months

Preferred qualifications:

Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or dive industry.

Knowledge of scuba diving activities, certifications, and safety protocols.

Additional language skills are a plus.

Basic computer/booking system knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers at the dive center.

Provide information about dive trips, courses, and services.

Manage reservations, payments, and client communication.

Ensure the dive center remains tidy, organized, and welcoming.
